Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My husband and I attended two concerts at the Valley Forge Music Fair located inside of the Valley Forge Casino. I have to give this venue a mixed review since it is actually two separate venues. First, the good news. The other night we saw a concert there in their smaller concert space called “The Venue”. They use this space for their smaller more intimate concerts. The room looked like it held about 1,000 people. The room was wonderful, the acoustics were great, just about every seat had a wonderful view of the stage. On the ground floor there are rows A through M. Be careful, do not sit beyond row i, since that is where the walkway is and there was a constant stream of people moving back and forth to the bar and restrooms all night which definitely blocked the views of rows J through M. There is a balcony that only has a few rows in it. We took a walk up there and we thought they had the best seats in the house. Hands down, this is the best venue I have been to for a concert. Now for the bad news, the first concert we attended was set up in the space they have designated for larger concerts, it basically was set up in their expo space – the space they stage trade shows. It was just a large room with ballroom chairs set up in it. They had set up a stage that was only about 2 feet off of the floor. The floor was completely flat so unless you sat in the first few rows, you could not see the performer. There were also several columns spread out around the room that partially blocked the view of the stage. The acoustics were terrible. It is basically the worst place to see a concert. In the future, if a performer is coming to the Valley Forge Music Fair that I want to see, I will call the casino first to see which room he/she will be performing in. If it is the larger space, I will not waste my money by purchasing tickets. If it is the smaller room, I’ll definitely be back.
