Visited this old survivor last week as part of our Golden West Discovery Trail and it was a great glimpse of the past and not so past. Beer was cold and food was ample as we sat outside this pub that the bikies couldnt destroy.

This quaint old pub, 66km north from Kalgoorlie, off the main track, belongs to another era and is well worth a call on your way back to Kal from Lake Ballard viewing the Gormley statues, which loom up at you out of the mirage on...More

It's a nice historial hotel with quite a lot things to see from the back of the hotel. Also lots of stories about the bikies and myths. The beer was cold and atmosphere was quite amber.

I think the location pin is wrongly placed in Wagin . Been to Ora Banda several times. A worth while bush driving detour for a beer. A really quaint place with a black past.
