Wonderful views of the ocean and majestic land rising up. This is much more interesting than Haystack Rock. Calming, relaxing, and you get to see so much more.

This is one of the most beautiful places on the Oregon coastline. It is well worth the time to drive this section on the coast.

Yachats has wonderful beaches with lots of seating. So find a spot park it and just watch the waves roll in.

Highly advise folks to go to the coast in Sept. The bluest skies, the calmest seas and no winds! Busier than expected since school had started, we still had plenty of room to hike, walk , shop and sightsee.

Gorgeous part of the oregon coast. Beaches are pristine and clean. The scenery is magnificent. Stop at all the state parks . Each has its own special view.

It's been a long time since we have seen the Pacific Ocean . Decided to spend the night at this coastal town. Found some good food and a beautiful view of the ocean. The sunset was amazing.

This is the Oregon coast you see in the pictures! This is a beautiful stretch along the coast with breathtaking views, wildlife, ocean and tide pools. Don't rush through the area without stopping along the way to take in the scenery!

This section of coastline is the most beautiful and breathtaking between Astoria and Florence, whether you are driving along 101 or looking from this spot atop the highest point along the Oregon coast. Please do not miss this if you’re in the area. And if...More

There is an interesting beach just south of “downtown” at the mouth of the Yachats River. Turn right immediately after crossing the bridge, and there is a small parking area and stairs to the beach.

Yachats has a small park on the south side of town with a nice sandy beach where the river flows into the ocean. There is a small staircase that leads down to the sandy area and when the tide is out, there is a lot of level... More

We stayed at the Ziggurat that was beautiful and right on the water about 5 miles from town. You can go to AirBNB and search for "Yachats Ziggurat" to check on availability.
