A mix of urban, new modern buildings and renovated older brick buildings. Some quite tall. Hipster stores and eateries. This is a cool hip part of town worth checking out. I hear the real estate in this area, condos and apartments for most are out...More

We really enjoyed staying here, it really is walking distance to everything you want to be close to. Clean, full of food trucks and safe.

Dropped by on a Thursday evening, with several art openings in close proximity. Great street ambience, felt safe, nice cafes and lots of engaged happy people.

And restaurants. Good variety overall, and a joy for a walking tour. In the summer there is a nice shady park with benches for a rest or a snack.
