Bigelow springs is often referred to as Deer Creek Hot Springs by locals. This hot springs is located a short distance from the parking area. Located on the McKenzie River trail makes it a gem on the Willamette National Forest.

The pool itself is small and five or so people can soak at the same time. No suits or clothing are required. Nudists love this small hot springs.

The pool itself does not get what I would call soaking hot. The temperature allows for a long soak. Take plenty of drinking water in plastic containers. It is pack it in and pack it out.

Overall, not that interesting and I've been there twice. More of a warm pool and not a hot spring. The pool is constructed from rocks and walking around the pool is on rocks and uneven. The bottom is mostly sandy. The pool can fit 6 or more people. The temperature is close to 80 degrees and it is above a summer/fall river elevation. Short walk on uneven make shift trail.

Take Hwy 126, turn onto NF 2654, a few meters down the road you cross a bridge, park in the dirt lot to your right, cross the street you will see two trails, take the one going down to the river...the springs are about .25 mi. They are a little cooler than other Oregon springs at about 90 degrees F but nice in the summer. All hot springs in Oregon are clothing optional.
