I was so impressed with Triple S Guide Service. They are owned and operated by Lee Freeman a lifelong fisherman and his experience really shows. I didn't have to bring anything but myself and my kids. They provided all the fishing gear, bait, and life jackets. All I had to do was show up and catch a salmon. We caught three! I noticed while we were out there that no one else was catching as many fish as we were. Lee is from this area and knows the river extremely well. He also uses fresh bait. Both are reasons why I think we were catching while others were not. At the end he even clean and filets the fish you catch for you. This was such a huge relief to me. I just kept wondering how in the world I was going to do it since I have zero experience doing this. Lee is great with kids and kid's. He helped my nine year old son constantly. I was a little unsure about brining my youngest, but it was no big deal. I should also mention that I had my teenage son with me and he had a great time. If you have a teen you know that finding something they really enjoy doing can be a challenge. It was colder on the river than on shore, so I recommend wearing wind pants or ski pants.
