Walked here as the sun was rising and the lighthouse and beach were misty and beautiful. Have a walk down the jetty and look back on the town to the south and the beach to the north. Early morning was mystical.

While you are in Bandon, Or. you need to take the short 5 mile trip to see this old lighthouse. The views of the Coquille River are fantastic and area is peaceful. You can walk around the lighthouse and take some awesome pictures.

The docents are very well informed and had a lot of interesting points to make about the history of the lighthouse. The lighthouse itself is not handicapped accessible.

There is parkimg nearby and a paved walkway right up to the lighthouse. There shouldn't be any problems getting there with a walker.
