If driving, the zoo is literally a stones throw form the mansion, visible from the Zoo car park. Can also recommend the Slumber Sleepover at the Zoo too if you have the time and dollars too. Enjoy

Hi Matthew. Welcome to Melbourne. If you get a train to Werribee Station, you can catch a bus which goes to The Mansion AND the Zoo. The bus route number is 439. Good luck and I'm positive you'll enjoy both venues.

They have just refurbished the Australian Area where you can see Koalas and Emus etc. Its a nice walk. It is also attached to the Bilby sanctuary.
