Mansion itself will not disappoint, gardens equally amazing. Take a picnic, well worth a visit. Rose garden not in flower, will return when in season.
Take in the history and marvel in the painstaking restoration job.
The property is set in marvellous gardens. Access is easy by train and bus from Melbourne CBD. The Parks staff are friendly and welcoming and the rooms in the mansion are very well presented. There is a lovely café on site with an extensive menu.
