Absolutely brilliant gardens to wander around so easily accessible for everyone, only downside was the cafe.. not the best layout I’ve seen, needs a complete overhaul , but if don’t mind standing queuing for food and drinks you’ll love the place

Absolutely massive. Just keeps going and going. Set in a beautiful park where you can kick back on the luscious green lawn enjoying a picnic. Would make a beautiful location for a wedding or renewing your vows. Well worth a look.
Our group of 6 enjoyed looking through the house and a long, leisurely stroll to the farmyard, lake and gardens. We loved the variety of conifers.

Whilst this is a majestic old building the exterior needs some maintenance.
We enjoyed visiting this hotel viewing both the gardens and the interior and looking at the Mansion.
We did not partake in the paid tour but did view the interior from the outside.
