The Three Sisters are neighbours to the nearby Goat Island... they are three small and rocky granite islands, with a collective land area of 2 hectares. The islands are steep-sided. Their vegetation of sparse coastal scrub is largely limited to their summits. Seals will visit them and it's an important area for the local birdlife.

You will see a road side stop if you are driving from Penguin to Ulverstone where you can take photos. The roadside stop offers some really lovely vistas and it will not take a lot of time out of your day to stop.
