All of the Lane libraries are excellent, with helpful librarians. This one is in a beautiful 19th-century home.

We love the Lane library. Not only is the building unique with stained glass windowns and beautiful woodwork but it offers plenty of media and events. The library is 3 floors with the childrens area full of interesting things to do. The children's department also hosts endless events to promote reading for kids of all ages. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Their website offers up to date info.

On my 2nd grandchild who has done these sessions. Not only story telling, dancing and crafts. The librarians who plan these are excellent.

I'm here at least once a week. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have activities for adults and kids, all the way down to toddlers. They are always changing things to make the library more accessible. Beautiful, historic building.

This library is absolutely stunning inside and out. Unique architecture sitting in the historic German Village of the county seat. However, don't be fooled. The library is very up to date and has many rooms to engage anyone from the very youngest to the eldest. If you are in the neighborhood you should at least stop by for a look.

Lane library occupies a unique building and the selection of reference material is awesome. If a question is bugging you the answer is but a phone call away.

I went to visit this library to have some things printed off the internet .The staff was friendly .And the place was cozy .parking was easy .And has something for everyone.
