After walking along the Elizabethan walls we did an afternoon walk to the lighthouse. A very pleasant stroll whilst watching the tide come in.

A pleasant walk out on the concrete pier to the lighthouse - we were fortunate to see dolphins, seals and salmon jumping. Amazing and unobstructed views.

It's a long rock and concrete breakwater in reality - no pier amusements here, just a pleasant sea walk with a scenic lighthouse at the end, but its been called the pier for a long time. It is a wide and easy walk with benches...More

What can I say? Its a harbour pier with a lighthouse at the end. What made it a magical experience for us was the fact that we stood on it and watched a pod of dolphins swimming and feeding at the mouth of the river....More

One of my favourite things to do in Berwick is walking along the pier to the lighthouse, always manage to see seals when we visit. A great place to sit and watch the sea.

We walked out along the pier to the mouth of the Tweed and didn’t see a single other person despite it being a sunny Sunday. Not sure the lighthouse is an attraction as there isn’t much to it but the pier makes for a nice...More
