We had a wonderful walk through the gardens we enjoyed the water features and walking through the mazes. we had a stroll through the rose gardens. It was a lovely well kept garden with lots of space to walk and sit and relax.

If you have young children then I would recommend separate trips to garden and castle.
It’s a huge place to visit with so much to do.
