This is a nice oldy-worldy pub with dark interior and nooks and crannies. They serve real ales as well as popular lagers and all the usual stuff. Occasionally have live bands and there's an excellent magician doing the rounds with his card tricks.

Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere. They hold regular open mic nights and occasional events. Lovely little place to hold a get together or arrange a party. The bar manager is very accommodating.
