Hatfield house is a beautiful medieval house, with gardens and a lot of interesting places, including a court of real tennis, where people still play this historical game. Very good visit specially if the weather is kind to you and you have tine to explore

Loved walking round the beautiful house and gardens and learning so much about Queen Elizabeth 1 Lots to do for both adults and children alike and the guide was so helpful.

Unfortunately the House, Park and Gardens are all now closed to the public for the season and so this would not be possible. We will be opening back up on the 6th April for the 2019 season. We hope to see you next year... More

Thank you for your message. Dogs are allowed in our park area, however not within the gardens. We asked for dogs to remain on a lead when in the Stable Yard.
