This was such a disappointment! there are a few good installations, the meadow of light and the tunnels were good, but that's it, the rest feels really amateur and mean! parts of it felt like someone had told a member of staff to pop out...More

We visited the light trail at Beaulieu for my boyfriends birthday. It was a very shoddy display and vastly overpriced. It was pure greed to charge £16.50 for the light trail. I have seen better lights at a garden centre. There was very little thought...More

We really enjoyed our visit to Beaulieu last night. The lights were lovely and various and the mulled wine and hot chocolate were welcome on a cold night. The marshmallows half way round were delicious and it was fun toasting them over the fire. The...More

So many wonderful positives but alas some negatives which in our opinion are pretty big. Let's start with a positive from the moment we arrived, as we entered I explained we had a wheelchair user but we don't have a blue badge. To be honest...More

I'm rarely moved to write reviews but this was really disappointing. It was very poorly attended which meant there was no Christmas atmosphere whatsoever and although some of the lights were very effective there was absolutely nothing to justify the ticket price. To charge £6.50...More

We were surprised to read your comments as we have received many positive comments about the light trail, especially as it features 11 installations which include the atmospheric candle-lit abbey Cloisters Fire Garden, 200ft Cathedral of Light tunnel, light show on the walls of Palace...More

Thank you for spending your day with us. It's wonderful to hear that you had a great day – particularly the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang 50 years exhibition! Inside the museum, Wheels has been closed since the start of the year while we review a...More

Visited this yesterday evening. We chose an early time due to having young children with us. Having seen other Christmas displays I didn’t find these particularly inspiring, there was a lack of atmosphere maybe due to the early time. Some aspects were very good however...More

I'm really sad to say that our evening at Beaulieu Christmas lights was a huge disappointment. Majorly overpriced and had to pay extra to park in an empty car park (£6.50) and for the monorail (£2.50 each). We chose a slot after 7pm on a...More
