Wanted to avoid mayhem of Christmas markets so sauntered down to Salford in search of Sunday lunch.Kings Arms advertised Sunday roasts with vegetarian option which was for me.Food was awesome and great value as a dessert was included. Will return!
Always a pleasure to come here as this is a dying breed of a pub, sadly. Its a multi-roomed place almost like an arts centre with theatre groups regularly performing here.

Went here after a walking tour of Salford and was very impressed. We were greeted on arrival by the resident pub cat, who allowed us to enter. The pub is a proper pub with friendly staff and lots of seating available. Good choice of songs...More
We had our Christmas party in The Snug at the King's Arms - brilliant venue, great room, great food, staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Highly recommended boozer, definitely worth seeking out if you're in Manchester area.
This pub is a great local!
The atmosphere is relaxed in the side room, warm in the main room with the bar and upstairs is magical. They host various spectacles upstairs at the weekends which causes a vast array of different people constantly walking in...More

Large, multi-roomed pub a few minutes walk from Salford Railway station. Old-fashioned boozer to be honest but always kept very well. Service was quick and with a smile. Prices are fair too. Well-recommended.
Nice vibrant and friendly pub especially for students drinks £3.70 Amstel takes card to pay for drinks wallpaper decorated in local newspapers in toilets which is reasonably clean nice friendly bar lad does not have accommodation but has a lovely cat called Charlie!
Traditional pub that is very well-looked after. When we popped in there, there was a pub quiz going on which attracted about 20 people. Plenty of local community events being advertised which is a bonus.
