Amazing place, which has wonderful history and was sadly never finished. However that is what makes it intriguing and shows how it was constructed, wonderful stone carvings and well documented whether you choose to wander on your own or do a tour.

The post code to woodchester mansion is GL10 3TS some satnavs don’t like the postcode and can take you down a narrow lane to a private road so the maps on your mobile phone maybe more accurate.
