Even we were running late, lovely Jenny took us on a fascinating tour around the hospital, introduced us to great creatures, explained everything and answered questions patiently. We had a great time and learned a lot. It was a great experience, well worth every penny!

Jenny conducted a near 2 hour educational "Event". Bats of all types and sizes were lovingly displayed by someone obviously passionate about their welfare. The bats did allow us close at times, with Jenny's guidance. Always informative & entertaining. A real MUST.

What a lovely review, we really appreciate it. Yes booking first is important as we try to keep the groups small - better experience for the people and the bats.

We called on the off chance that we could join the afternoon tour and although there wasn’t one planned for that day, we were treated to a personal tour. It was one of the most educational and enjoyable animal encounters we have had. Thank you...More

We enjoyed seeing the bats and observing how much the staff and director care about the bats in their care. We were able to see both micro and fruit bats and understand the care these injured or orphaned bats need. We considered the tour fee...More

Thanks Alan. We do our best to have families with young children in separate tours to those with adults only. This makes it a lot easier to have all ages here.
