We have spent 2 hours in the museum and shop. You can see beautiful crystals, coming from all over the world. Although it's not a natural cave, it's very well done and creates an unique atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly, and the shop...More

My grandchildren really enjoyed their time here. You can wear a miners hat with torch and go downstairs through the man made caves. The gems and crystals are beautifully presented. The shop has multiple gems, necklaces ear rings etc. If you haven’t visited it’s worth...More

Thank you for your visit with your grandchildren. Hopefully they enjoyed our new kids corner as well.

The kids loved this place. The entrance fee included a headlamp and detailed brochure plus we bought two geodes to crack on exit. The well set out display showcases amazingly beautiful fossils and geodes from around the world. It is fascinating and you are able...More

That meteorite wrist band is very unique. We only have a few beads and our lovely Heidi makes them herself. I am grateful that you appreciate being able to touch our natural crystals and prehistoric fossils, it certainly is unique in the mineralogical world.

We were visiting Atherton to do a performance of our show. We thought we'd pop in to the caves to see the gigantic Amethyst. What we were met with were amazingly kind and attentive staff and a stunning collection of materials. We were actually quite...More

Well now I am curious about your show.... Not sure if you realised it at the time, but the new exhibit with the crystal brook was only opened in April! so you were right on time. The atmosphere in that cavern is quite mesmerising isn't...More

We didn’t do the tour, we looked around the shop and it is amazing and lots of affordable things to buy. They have everything from gems, to stones to fossils. Highly recommend having a look in the shop.

The Crystal Caves are amazing. It is pricy to enter, but once in, we were amazed. They had so many crystals. Some were hidden, others were easily found. Some were small, others were big. Wherever we looked, we were amazed by the beauty. I took...More

What a great review! Thank you so much for your overwhelming enthusiasm. We have certainly attempted to not make it too easy to see each of the 600 specimens in the museum - where would the fun in that be?!

We headed to the Crystal Cave expecting....well....crystal caves. What we found was a crystal shop in the town centre with some stunning pieces of jewelry and crystal ornaments and a man made "cave" to the back of the shop. Disappointing and misleading.More

Your review is very disappointing for us as we have made it abundantly clear in all our advertising that The Crystal Caves is NOT a natural cave. We clearly state that this attraction is a man made cave that René has built to display his...More

Thank you for your review. Renovating when you are open 361 days a year is always difficult. Its a shame you did not get to see the massive Amethyst geode in its new exhibit, hopefully one day you will return to see her.

Thanks Holly. We do have a massive range of crystals and a stockpile of more. We buy direct from mines all over the world which is how we keep our prices low. Glad you found what you were looking for.
