Our family had two requests: a walk involving water, and being able to take our dog. Both were achieved with our circuit to the Blowhole. It was as though my family had Hepburn Regional Park to ourselves. It was so peaceful and very rustic, with...More

Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad that your family and pooch enjoyed the experience. That the Wombat Forest is fine for dogs on leads is probably not well enough known. Sorry about the fallback cafe, as Awkward Jeffery was closed. They're normally very reliable. Just...More

Thank you Ricci. The forest and the forest floor can be a wonderland for children, and interacting with the GPS can also be thoroughly engaging. The Birdsong Walk is probably our most family friendly walk. Cheers Brendan

Well Done Maree. A 15km round trip along the Great Dividing Range for first timers is a great effort. Being prepared to take your time was an excellent approach. Thanks for breaking in the Immersion Walk. Brendan

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. We met Brendan at the cafe. He was warm and friendly. Super helpful. We had a lovely walk through the forest - birdsong walk. The gps gave us the confidence to ‘get lost in the woods.’
