Ate here today, had a Ruben and was a little disappointed that it came out in a roll smaller than my fist as the taste was excellent. Wife had a pizza which was perfectly sized for one. Nice atmosphere.
Much loved garden, great views and some significant very old trees, visit the cafe in the afternoon for coffee and cake, then stroll along the pathways to discover a Fernery and and climb the look out tower
Some towns have mediocre botanical gardens or none at all. This one is a bit better than average but not brilliant. The tower is its best feature. More flowering plants would be welcome although we went at the start of August so there may not...More
