Visited this centre on my own. The temple is beautiful to see...and quiet... and holds free meditation sessions daily. When I visited on a Saturday these were at 12.30 and 2pm (check website to be sure of times). Also see website for courses run There....More

Spent a pleasant day at the centre which we all thourghly enjoyed. Nice walks, interesting meditation tester and amazing lunch. Great sandwiches with an interesting beetroot and coconut soup

The people were very friendly and helpful, there are beautiful walks through the woods and to the sea. Very quiet and peaceful place.

Stayed here for a meditation retreat entitled “dealing with change”. Really relaxing weekend with lots of little nuggets of wisdom about life. Would really recommend. Lovely surroundings. Several walks in the woods. Favourite one to the beach. Always feel welcome. Cafe vegetarian but good choices. Cakes awesome.

Yes dogs are very welcome on the grounds and in the café lounge. However they are not allowed inside the temple or main café.
