We really enjoyed our trip to Linton Zoo today and were particularly impressed by the naturalistic feel
of the grounds and enclosures. As all modern zoos should, Linton houses a variety of endangered species and from what we saw today they have had great success...More
Decided to head over to Linton for a quiet day out and wasn't disappointed. All the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable of all the animals. All enclosures were clean and interesting for the animals and it is clear staff take great care in making...More
Visited on a Saturday. Small but beautiful zoo with a great selection of animals. Really nice grounds & feels very natural not sterile like some zoos. Friendly & helpful staff. Would visit again / recommend.
Been to many many zoo's, but never Linton.
An old school zoo, I thought the enclosures we're very good, but please pick up the lion poo in bottom section.
But for the money, extremely cheap for a zoo, it's not the biggest, but I thoroughly...More
We love Linton zoo! Lots of opportunities for everyone to interact with the animals, knowledgeable and friendly staff, wide variety of animals. Great value for money, especially the annual membership. Constantly changing experience - new enclosures and animals. Focus on conservation and animal welfare. A...More
We visited yesterday, very small zoo and we were only there for 2 hours.
- lots of unusual animals we haven't seen before ( quolls, hedgehog tenrec, rare owl and parrots)
- some of the animlas had lovely spacious enclosures.

Had a great trip to Linton Zoo. All the keepers were very attentive and happy to answer questions about the animals. All the talks were excellent and we learned a lot. I was impressed with the natural looking enclosures. We stayed over 4 hours so...More
The zoo seems a little outdated in many respects. The big cat enclosures (especially the snow leopard) were really far too small. Some of the bird enclosures were also a bit too small. Some of the enclosures looked overgrown, but this looked purposefully as to...More
Booked this as a treat for my sons 10th birthday. The experience totally exceeded our expectations.
Our zoo keeper Mikey was amazing - we couldn’t have wished for anything better. Max is still buzzing tonight looking at our videos and pictures. We will reccomend this...More
We came as a family to view the animals, and as people with knowledge of exotic animals a few things confused us very much.
Zebras are herd animals, two in one enclosure is simply not good enough.
A bearded dragon is being housed with tortoises,...More

it took me and my partner ages to get around, then we had lunch and went around again as there are many animals being fed in the afternoon. also for a cheap price you can go in to some exhibits. There is not a children's play area specifically but there is a bouncy castle outside. (There was when we went there). We came on the bus from St Ives in Cambridgeshire and that took 2 hours, but we had a fab day. :) it's worth a visit to me.
