The title says it all. The staff are friendly and helpful and the information and resources are really extensive. Also a great place for souvenirs or gifts.

Thank you for your review. We try and keep up to date with all the goings on and advised all the best places to visit while in town. Visitor Centres are a worth while stop where ever you are visiting.

Unfortunately the Derby Visitor Centre does not have public toilets as the Civic Centre located 50 meters behind us have public toilets run by the Shire of Derby West Kimberley. Disappointed to hear that you found our staff unfriendly.

Thank you for your review, unfortunately conditions on the Gibb River Road are constantly changing. The Derby Jetty Wharf area is one of the highlights enjoyed by visitors and locals alike and the sunsets can be stunning at this location.
