Why Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it - Actually, I think you may have grabbed the some of the last bottles of Vermentino - there’s less than a dozen bottles left as of yesterday evening, nice pick! Look forward to welcoming you next time you’re...More

What a wonderful little winery filled with goodness. A great wine range serviced by friendly staff. Wine range was extensive with a good array of white and reds. A good marketing strategy to make you want to try the wines and be reimbursed through a...More

This is well worth the visit. Family run, David himself is down to earth and friendly, often found hanging casually . A must to try is the unique Golden Scrumpy' Grape and Apple Cider. Interesting wine labels have much thought out into their design

Hi Kaye Very happy with the Ossobucco myself. Nothing like slow cooked meaty goodness with stupid amounts of red winey excess to make a cold day winner! Cheers for coming past, we look forward to your next visit

After going through reviews of the local wineries we though David Franz Wines looked like a good spot for tastings.. Weren't wrong! This Winery is family owned and operated and you'll likely see David behind the counter having a yarn with us tourists. The ladies...More

We visited David Franz winery last year and will be again visiting in October. The winery and staff are wonderful and if you get the chance to meet David he is full of knowledge and his wines are well worth purchasing

Hey Mark Thank you- your comments are very kind. Ultimately the wine is the most important component of what we do. As far as I’m concerned, if we’re getting that right then I am a happy winemaker. Cheers and thanks!

Nothing better than sitting with a view of the vines, a glass of red and a tasty bowl of lamb ragu. Our little dog was also welcome outside.
