A nice small park while I found the only interesting thing was the preserved old paddle steamer "the Maid of Sker". It's well kept and clean and tidy, but you may have to fight off some of the fitness fanatics.Plenty of off street parking.

Lovely park,a great place for a picnic. The kids will be entertained for hours in the playground area. There are public toilets, plenty of car parking spaces and footpaths with wheelchair accessability. Has a historical old boat to admire, "Maid of Sker". Would highly recommend...More
This park is part of the heart and soul of the Gold Coast and worthy of our best efforts to keep it maintained, especially the Maid of Sker, Australia's oldest remaining paddlesteamer. Wonderful trees, amazing facilities, central, big and bushy, a great family park.
The location is great with shops and the library nearby and plenty of parking. For a small park it is popular with the Maid of Sker and also on occasion a cafe is open as well serving Devonshire teas. I often go walking around this...More
