Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great dry wines! Enjoyed one tasting and then bought a bottle of white along with pimento spread with crackers and pretzels and enjoyed the day. Lovely outdoor grounds, as well. Wines are fairly priced and there were also local artisan trinkets to purchase, along with pottery. Met new friends and even spoke with the head vintner. Highly recommend a visit to this winery.

There was an arts and crafts fair on the grounds that we wanted to see. We also stopped to have wine and cheese and enjoy a wonderful environment.

They are very organized and have several choices of wine flights that they serve to in your relaxing room of choice. Unfortunately it was way too hot to enjoy their patio—have done that before. We sampled and bought items. It was a great afternoon away from hot sun and possible sunburns on the beach.

It takes a little effort to find this place, but when you get there you'll find a good selection of wines to taste and a good selection of local art and crafts. If the weather is nice, the outside patio is the place to do the tasting. The folks are knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. We did a tasting flight of white wine but they also have red and mixed. The wines were from good to excellent. They also have a wide selection of vinegars and oils.

Most wineries in Eastern North Carolina produce sweet wines from native grapes. So, it was a nice surprise to find a coastal winery which produces dry and semi-dry wines from vinifera grapes (sourced from vineyards in NC and GA). Reservations are required for tastings (not sure why as it is not a labor-intensive tasting). The tastings are structured in 4-wine flights. You choose the flight of wines that you want to taste. You are then given a small serving tray with your wines in small, plastic cups and a standard wine glass in which to empty the small cups. Tastings can be at the bar, but you are offered/encouraged to have a more relaxed and at your own pace tasting by taking your tray to any of the many different indoor and outdoor seating areas. As the weather was still mild during our November visit, we chose a table on the rear patio.
I chose the red flight which included two red blends, a merlot and a cabernet sauvignon. Everything I tasted was very drinkable with the Calabash Red blend being my favorite, followed closely by the Cab.
As we were leaving, I noticed a shelf with numerous vinegars and olive oils. These are also produced by the winery and available for tasting upon request. I really enjoyed a number of these and purchased a pomegranate balsamic vinegar and a spicy olive oil.
This was a great way to spend a few hours and worth a return visit.

Hidden gem - had a rainy beach day in Myrtle beach so we went in search of breweries and wineries in N Carolina. This winery far exceeded my expectations on wine. The reds were very good. - left with 6 bottles 😂

This is a tiny bit off the beaten path (i.e., you have to drive off the main roads to get to it, unlike most places here. It’s a lovely spot with a very kind and accommodating owner and a pretty varied selection of wines for tasting and purchase. Reservations not required, but probably a call ahead for groups of 5+ would be appreciated.

My husband and I visited this winery and immediately feel in love!!!We had the privilege of talking with the wine maker who has so much information, answering all our questions . Atmosphere is artsy and intimate. Wine is par excellent. Employees are friendly. Cheese platter Is sooooooo plentiful and delicious. Friday night happy hours share food and have a sit around pit fire for roasting marshmallows. I could go on and on. We immediately became wine club members!! We're from Washington state and California and compared this winery at the least least equal to their wine. What more can I say😁😁😁

This was our first visit and it won’t be our last. We did the 5x tasting and all the wines that we tried were very good. The oak barrel Chardonnay was excellent and at $21 we felt it was a good value. They also have a good art room and a nice gift shop. The server was very knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly staff. We will definitely attend some of the dvd Rx that they have planned for 2020.

Hello Rebecca,
Unfortunately, we do not make a non-alcoholic wine. I am unaware of anywhere you could find one at this time other than a grocery store.
Sorry we couldn't be more help!
