The house itself isn’t that different than the other houses in the neighborhood but google maps didn’t take us to the correct location which made finding the house a treasure hunt!

We had a hard time finding the house. There was no sign out front with information. Was a bit of a let down.

Reported as being the home of Captain Blackbeard this is now a privately owned property. Nice to visit the oldest place in North Carolina along with other historical homes.

There really isn't much to say. There is no public tour as this is a private residence. However is is nice to say you have seen a house that Blackbeard the Pirate stayed in.
