We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place with plenty to see on the waterfront in Yonkers, great views of the Hudson River and a very nice train ride from Central Station.
The Gold Star Mothers Monument is so emotional and a must see.
The wildlife park is full of very interesting statues and mosaic tiles , as well as the wildlife!
Very pretty station as well as many other interesting buildings all in a short walking distance.
We enjoyed feeding the ducks.

No one comes to because they want to come here..They PASS through on their way to their real destination.

Litter and homelessness.

It's nothing like the homeless in Cali or the subway stations, but for Downtown Yonkers it isn't good.

The redevelopment of the river that gave birth to the city was well designed. Inhabited by giant carp, turtles, ducks and night herons, it attracts attention every time you pass by. Despite being cleaned and cared for constantly, it's often dirty given the presence of many homeless, being in front of the train station. The protective grilles to stop the flow of bottles and various waste is useless, since they are periodically opened before being cleaned and all that they had wasted ends up spilling over the Hudson River.
Despite the presence of banners with indicated wifi, this does not work. However it remains one of the most pleasant parks in Yonkers.

Yonkers spent all this money for a view of a polluted river. Money would have been better spent on a big courtyard to have events shows , Food trucks,Bands etc.
The way it is now who wants to go to a place homeless hangout Little scary

I have spent considerable time when in Yonkers sitting in this park. I find it a soothing and calming experience most of the time. Particularly if I am waiting for the railroad or just need a place to check messages and respond or read a book as i did recently.

It's nice to walk through the park while waiting for a train or even to bring a picnic lunch from one of the local restaurants.

Used to be a parking lot where hookers and drug dealers hung out at night.

I never expected Yonkers to be so inviting and enjoyable. I have never thought of Yonkers as a place to visit, but I was very surprise. The people on the streets are very friendly and teh park is very cleane and inviting.
