Apart from what looked like a dumping ground for old cars not a lot to see here. A few cute mamma & piglets wandering the road and that’s about it.

Well worth the trip along the 309 Rd from Whitianga. A short drive to see hundreds of pigs of all sizes running around.
Most of them come reasonably close to see if you gave good for them.
Tho there are signs stating no feeding. I’m sure many people do give them a snack or two!

There was a dirt field containing bees, chickens, broken-down cars and a large number of pigs. There was a fence, sort of; it was entirely inadequate for the job and the pigs passed freely underneath it, wandering across the road and occasionally coming close enough to pat. The pigs scuffled with each other from time to time, but seemed blase about humans; they neither approached nor avoided us.
This was the entirety of the experience. Being keen on pigs, and having young children, we loved it. Sadly Stu was not present to introduce us to the batch of tiny baby piglets on the other side of the fence.

Not surer how to describe this place. Hundreds of pigs free ranging everywhere. Smelly in the extreme if you venture from your vehicle for a photograph. Very different, alternative and maybe slightly disturbing, Certainly one of a kind.

Not sure why this is an attraction. It's just a farm with pigs that roam on/beside the road. To that end though, it's free and they are fascinating to watch.

Quirky sight as we rounded the bend - boar piglets and sows, wild yet congregating around the food that entices them to stay.

Stu's pig farm was a fun experience. I recommended it for all ages. He had way more pigs than I thought. They were all over the road and in the paddocks. There's lots of rusty old cars. He bought us a little cute piglet to cuddle and keep warm because it was cold. And it made cute little squeaky noises like a rubber duck.

We drove the 309 and stopped at the pig farm. Enjoyed watching pigs of all sizes, ages, colors roam around. Got to pet a few. There are also wild peacocks and chickens roaming around. Fun little stop. Takes less than 15 mins.

Gr8 little place to stop and see pigs up close especially if you have never had the chance. Our kids were also fortunate enough to get to hold baby piglets as well. Stu and his brother keep them all as pets on their family farm, they were very interesting to talk to real characters who want to offer people the chance to get up close for FREE to the animal's they love. Sadly they were telling me the council wants them to fence the pigs in so they don't wander across the road, frannkly I think it give this road some charm! Surely the council put up 10km per signs in this small area.
