Our afternoon trip departs the beach at 1:45pm and returns at 4:45pm.

Plan to sail around the beautiful coastline on Fully Charged and visit local iconic locations, setting anchor for half an hour at Cathedral Cove. Either relax on the boat, or have a swim or snorkel in the marine reserve with the amazing fish life.

Your trip includes a complementary chilled local beer or New Zealand wine along with some smoked local seafood.

Every trip is different. Help to sail or sit back on our comfy beanbags, soak up the scenery and relax.

Using wind power as opposed to engines and fuel allows us to take guests out with minimal impact on the environment.

I would have to say that this attraction would be one of the best Whitianga and Greater Coromandel places i have visited. It is well priced, compared to other places. We went early and had 2 hours observing and interacting with the animals. Gaye and Fred were welcoming and friendly. Fred gave my grandchildren and i a ride on his battery powered train. This couple are very creative and have made many delightful structures for kids to play on. I especially loved 'the

Had a great time at Mill Creek, heaps of animals and birds to see and a great little playground a and picnic area as well! The staff were super friendly and attentive even while they were busy trying to fix damage from previous floods. We will definitely come back next time we are in Coromandel

We visited here this morning for the school holidays and the kids and adults had the most amazing time! The man and his wife are so friendly and helpful. This is a must do if you have kids and are in the Whitianga area. Can’t recommend enough! 5*!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay for three nights. The accommodation is cabin style with well maintained kitchen and toilet facilities, outside a BBQ area and plenty of seating. We enjoyed interacting with all the beautiful tropical birds which are housed in the park away from the camping area but access is free all the time. We enjoyed waking up to a sunrise over the hills and wandering around the many animals cup of tea in hand. The location is also well located to explore the east coast. A perfect way to end our trip to New Zealand.

We stayed in a cabin, talk about a value for money! Kitchen, bathroom and toilet was clean. My wife is very picky, if she says it's clean, then it's clean :) Cabin had comfy beds and was neat and tiday. It was in a lovely place, away from the animals but not too far away. You can go for a walk and say hi to the animals when you feel like it. Price for the cabin includes visit to the Animal encounters, so def worth it. Lots of birds, playground for kids. Only Con is the 4 km gravel road you have go drive on to get to the site, stick to 30 to 40km and you'll be fine. Pull over for other cars behind you to pass.
