Open 10-4 ALL NZ School (Occasional wet weather closures, if in doubt please phone first). Also available outside of School Holidays by appointment. (Closed during wet weather). FREE entry - just pay for your choice of our 6 great activities in 1 most beautiful location. Just 7 kms from Whitianga township. 35 minutes from Tairua or Coromandel. We're not just the best Combat Paintball business this side of the black stump! We strive to provide activities for all ages 6yrs - Nana's and Poppa's, so that the whole family can enjoy a morning or afternoon out together doing fun stuff! Laser Tag is great family fun or get an archery lesson from trained staff OR play 18 holes of Soccer Golf on NZ first ever course! The playground will keep the tiny tots happy and bring a picnic or crank up our free bbq.

Honestly, this is so fantastic for a bit of family fun! We did the archery and the laser gun battle. We got quite competitive at the archery challenge and even more so when battling for victory at laser tag! Thank you for the awesome time!

We headed here for something fun to do on a Sunday morning. For a great price we did archery, laser clay bird trap shooting and an Argo ride. The owners take the time to show you how to do the activities properly which is really appreciated. They also do other activities such as paintball. We had a great time. The place was virtually empty except for a young family. The owners were great and we were able to take the time to chat with them. highly recommended as a fun place to go.

Highly recommend Fun Zone. We celebrated my granddaughter's 8th birthday and what a wonderful day. The location, activities and overall venue simply amazing. Use of BBQ and even a power point to make coffee, everything is well thought out. The staff were extremely attentive, and the activities were well supervised. If you're looking for a way to entertain children over the holidays or even a lovely family day out, then please support this wonderful Whitianga activity. You won't be disappointed and great value for money.

I highly recommend!! This place is honestly so cool! Prices are really good especially for the quality and fun for all the activities! The people that run fun zone are bloody brilliant! They know how to work well with the littlies and are just overall really good/nice. Will definitely be coming back here :))

Spent the afternoon here after Boxing Day with my wife and two children aged 10 & 9. We did most things - football golf / archery / paintball and laser tag. Had great fun over 4 hours and kids left pumped. Staff were very friendly and helpful and particularly the archery lesson from Sandra was really good - felt like a proper / professional archery lesson rather than the mess about I expected. Great place to spend time on the coromandel when you are looking for an alternative to the beach. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time!! Thank you so much! The kids loved the paintball, laser tag(which I loved too!) The archery lesson was great for all the kids. What a greats etting and all the equipment is professional & very cool. The location is amazing. Hospitality was great too. Thank you

Fantastic hosts and staff.
We booked for our sons 11th birthday party. Him and his friends all had the best time!
Lots to do and enjoy for old (Grandparents) & young (6yr old sibling).
Flexibility to add on extra activities on the day we visited was no problem at all.
Great value for money!
We will visit again for sure.

We visited Fun Zone during the recent school holidays. Our kids, aged 6 and 9 had an absolute blast! Although our 3 year old was too little to take part in any of the activities, she was happy as there is a playground with a sandpit and lots of animals around for her to visit. The grounds were beautifully kept and all the activities also maintained to a high standard. We played a game of outdoor laser tag as a family and then the boys had a go on the quad bikes and the target shooting. We will definitely be returning when they are older to try the archery and claybird shooting. I have already recommended it to all my friends. The hosts were both very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a great day out.

We have driven past this attraction a lot, but one day decided to go in. I wish we had done it sooner!
Our family had great fun. We have three children aged 3yrs, 5yrs and 8yrs and all three plus Mom and Dad really enjoyed the ARGO ride. We paid an extra $5 for the extended ride and it was worth it, up steep muddy hills, through rivers, through woodland. Next all three of my children tried their hand at the paint ball target shooting. The young man assisting my smaller two munchkins was excellent.
There is a playground for children to play on, Argo rides, archery (min 10yrs), paintball target practice, mini quad bike rides (min 6yrs), combat paintball.
A very kiddy friendly place, but not just for the younger children, for all ages
All activities are $15 each,

Great to be able to take our 11 year old to experience paint ball guns, laser tag and archery in relaxed but considered environment.
Son was fortunate to join another visiting group of 5 to make two 3-a-side teams in laser skirmish. He had a blast and was on the winning team. High tech guns and scoring made it very accurate when it came to figure out which team had won.
Staff were fantastic in guiding us all through the basics of archery where we were regularly hitting bulls eyes on quality equipment and range set up.
Paint ball targets went too quick with 100 balls. Wifey smashed me and son with super accurate shooting.
It looked like the Argo ride was a blast.
