Beautiful place completely unexpected in the middle of Tauranga. We had an hours massage each and 90mins in the hot springs (after all the fishing I was so grateful to relax with my partner). I loved the couples massage room overlooking the springs. The massage itself was average but the vicinity and customer service was flawless. We didn't try the... More

I cannot rave about The Lost Springs enough. I got a short stay Package with 4 of my girlfriends and we had an absolute lovely day! The ladies in the day spa who did our massages were so professional and sweet, i am 100% recommending this to friends and definitely coming back. Thank you Lost Springs ❤

My partner and I paid for the All Day pools for c$80/person. Everything was stunningly beautiful, from the pools to the flowers, the restaurant and the food. Yes, the pools do have some fake-looking concrete boulders and rocks but what can you expect given the arrangement and depth of water, it needs to be contained by something! It was, for... More

We went for a relaxing afternoon. Had a fantastic lunch before going in. The poolside and areas around are spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Great way to spend an afternoon.

Water was refreshing. Service was very good. Poolside food and drinks a little expensive but good for the atmosphere. A togs drying machine (which takes 10 seconds) which we used at another place would be a good addition considering the overall price of the attraction. All pools are man-made to look natural but would have also been good to have... More

Unreal experience..... Staff were very kind, informative and just a pleasure to be around. Atmosphere like something out of a fairy tale! Food was to die for! Great value Read no further, just book it ! I recommend the "dip and dine" special which is a 1.5 hour in the hot springs followed by a spectacular meal.

A very enjoyable experience which we would thoroughly recommend to another visitors to Whitianga. The 40 NZD each for one and a half hour's access seemed a little expensive but the pound sterling / NZD exchange rate is unfavourable at the moment .
