Pristine landscape and water experienced on this cruise. Our host Garry was a wealth of information and is a champion for all things Walpole. He can even link Tolstoy to Walpole!!!!

Had a great time on this cruise around the inlet. Gary is hilarious and obviously knows his stuff. You stop on the other side and can walk over to the beach. Lovely cup of tea and lemon cake.

Superb morning out for $45/adult. Comfortable boat. Excellent commentary with Gary Muir, engaging, informative and inspiring. Beautiful environment and a great walk through the dunes as well as a fabulous cake. My 3rd time in 15 years, doubt it’ll be the last!

Getting on the boat won’t be that hard, but she probably won’t be able to do the walking part. She can however stay with the boat, as a crew member will stay with the boat until the people doing the walk return.

Water was very calm as it's an inland waterway. Maybe it could be choppy if it was very windy.

Yes booking is advisable as the tour is very popular. There is a walk to the top of the hill for a fantastic view and walk along the beach at the other side. It is quite a hike , depending on your level of fitness . But the... More
