Haven't been for a Rottnest stay for years. The ferry arrives at the jetty and the tourist office, where you collect your accom keys is right at the end of the jetty as you arrive. Check in is at 2pm. Sometimes the accom is ready...More

This is the biggest bay in Rottnest Island. There were several boats in the bay. The beach is huge, as it follows the Geordie Bay. At certain spots on the beach, there are rocks. I admired this beauty for a while.Beautiful! Worthwhile to enjoy!

Spent a while here watching the rays swim around. It was beautiful. Lovely clear water where it is calm for the young kids can play and build sand castles.

I can appreciate why it takes so long to get a booking to stay at Geordie bay, it looks amazing, although looking at the accommodation blocks from the outside they don't look as alluring as the scenery, and after all with views like that I'm...More

Nearly all the beaches on Rottnest are gorgeous and this is one of the best. Shallow, warm(ish) water, great for families. And the cafe and toilet facilities are nearby.

Rottnest really does have more than its fair share of beautiful bays. Geordie bay is certainly beautiful but not as quiet as some of the others I visited. Very photogenic though.
