For an area that has changed so much since I was a kid, the Rockingham Museum is a great link to the history and changing fortunes of this beautiful town. Worth a visit!

This modest little place is staffed by volunteers. It tells lovely stories of Rockingham. Not big and nice to walk around with helpful, happy people.

I had to attend for a Uni project, but I was pleasantly surprised with all the history within their walls. Definitely worth and hour or so of your time and only approx $2.50 per adult for entry.
