Great little spot for a walk in suburbia, with numerous birds to spot whilst undertaking a casual walk. Opposite Environmental Centre, close to Point Peron and a number of beautiful beaches. BBQs and shade available, along with walk paths.

Although a portion of this nature reserve has been grassed it has largely left in its natural state so visitors can enjoy the coastal flora & fauna of this natural fresh water lake

Full of interest, an easy walk, with well presented information plaques as you go. They tell of the geological history of the the site, unique vegetation and rocks and there was a great flock of resident pelicans who showed off as we walked by.
