Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wow, this place is so special. Beautiful pristine beaches and having the dolphins swim right up to you is amazing. It is very isolated and a massive hike from Perth though.

Breath taking... our state is truly amazing.... Sharkbay coaches and tours made our trip to the area all the more enjoyable.... Lovely friendly couple... Joy and Grahame are both full of knowledge of the area with lots of useful, informative, historical information... FANTASTIC for all ages... fun stuff to look at and do... hands on at all stops on the tour...Kids will love it...
WOW factor 10 out of 10... A must do when in the area...
Sharkbay Coaches and Tours also provide airport transfers or drop off and pick ups to where you need to go to in the Denham area.. Nothing is to much trouble for this lovely couple...

Most amazing place to visit - especially if you are a wildlife and nature lover. The marine wildlife here is like nowhere else, the sheltered bays and vast stretches of unspoilt and deserted beaches are just simply like nowhere else in my opinion. Monkey Mia has to be my fav' with the beautiful visiting dolphins and is just a very unique and special place. Sure the prices and services are a little higher here, but people need to realise it is a VERY remote place with the nearest regional centre and services over 320 km away. In saying that though, there is just about everything in Denham the little town of Shark Bay, to get you through. I am not in to fishing, but believe the fishing here is asnomical. One thing know, is that in summer it is VERY hot!!

Can you believe that, right in the middle of the winter school holidays, a local "cafe" had shut its doors to customers before 2PM. What kind of service is that? Then I get charged $25 for a men dry haircut. No wonder the town is struggling (as told on the ABC news).
Thank God, some businesses are doing the right thing, and it's a pleasant little town with a great water front. the ocean park aquarium is a must.

While this little town has the most amazing surroundings / beachfront and monkey Mia at the door step the people were the most rude I have ever experienced in my entire life !!!!!! So much for "seeing your own country" this town needs reminding that without tourist they wouldn't even be on the map ! Sad.

An amazing place, with many great walks. The dolphins at Monkey Mia were well worth the drive, althought the resort coffee left a lot to be desired. Too cold to swim in winter but some great drives and a lot of history.

Great place, heaps to do if you are into fishing or just lazing about. If you are into boating, power or sail, it's the ideal place to go.

Did you take a cruise tour to see the marine animals, if so which one and which time of day? Or do you need to dive? We will be visiting in September, so not sure what Sea animals will be around at that time of year?

These guys are brilliant & very professional, perfect nature cruises.
Always plenty of sea life around, September is a nice time to go, very mild temps 20-24c
probably a few showers here and there. Enjoy
