Stopped for a look, what an amazing place. Lots of information boards telling you about the place. Never seen anything like it before. Great boardwalk above the water so you can look down on the stromatalites. Great place to visit. Lyn M 👌 👌 👌
You might thing nothing of the stromatolites, but if you read the panels and realize what you are actually looking at, it becomes obvious that you are watuching something impressive. In addition, the beach and the surroundings are really beautiful.
Nice place to visit right off the main road to Denham and Monkey Mia. To be honest, I wouldn’t just drive the way to Monkey Mia just for the dolphins. Combine with a visit to Francois Perron NP (4WD only).
