easy loop walk with the benefit of an eagle nest across the water. Today I saw one of the pair with 2 fledglings. The second adult flew by along the river, but did not fish or return to the nest while I was watching

We were there for the I Love My Parks Day. Fantastic views of the area. It truly is a hidden gem in the area. Highly recommend it for family and dog friendly.

Great walking trails to explore this island. It is smack in the middle of the city with access through neighborhoods to find this lovely oasis.

This trail has it all - woods, water, and wildlife. My husband, my nine year old son and I really enjoyed this hike. I liked how there were some inclines etc so not just a flat path. Trails were well marked and maintained. Gorgeous scenery...More

This park is an island at the confluence of the Mohawk and Hudson Rivers. It is a nice island with short hikes. Pleasant place to spend the afternoon! I will definitely go back.

The whole path takes about an hour. Very easy walk.
