We stopped by on a Wednesday to buy some tee shirts. Rather disappointing selection. I wanted some Utica Club stuff, but not much other than the mugs. For a company that created Schultz and Dooley as well as the Saranac brand I expected a lot...More

Friendly tour of an old brewery. Informative guide. A pleasant way to spend time if visiting Utica. Lots of stairs, temperature changes, floor obstacles and wet floors - be careful.

The tour was ok but it lastest only 1/2 hour. Our guide was new and the other couple had a tour a couple of years ago and said they saw so much more. The place is awesome but would have liked to see more and...More

Awesome family owned brewery! Hosts biggest after party for the largest 15k run in the country! Great tour that includes visiting 1888 tavern.

As a fun thing to do , our family met at the Saranac brewery , enjoyed the tour, learned a lot about beer and had an enjoying time sampling the beers. The ambience of the tavern and the great staff led to a memorable time.

They are very knowledgeable all about beer and how they make it they take you from the start to the finish of the process and then share a beer with you afterwords in the old Victorian bar room

Your $5.00 admission is a great value for the tour and a beverage at the end. There was a wide variety on tap of the beer and soda lines. The West End Brewing Co. building lets you step back in time. The building is so...More

We actually called ahead for information about the tour and was told the tours were at 1pm and 3pm. We arrived approximately 1 hour early just to see the gift shop, get our tickets and relax prior to the actual tour.
