The Zoo is on the small size and is currently making some renovations, so there is less to see than usual. The play area and wading are is always great fun. It’s not really a great value and closes at 5pm. Parking is free.

No fee for parking. If you plan on going on the weekends, I recommend getting there at opening time or before as the parking lots fill up fast.

I remember there were a lot of indoor facilities. Though we've never been there in Winter, I can imagine it would be a nice trip in the winter to see the indoor displays and animals.
