I attended a 5 day workshop at Omega and it was a very soul fulfilling experience. The environment there caters to anyone in search of something deeper. The food was divine- wholesome, nutritious, fresh and delicious. I did not take the accommodation there but travelled...More

I attended a life-changing workshop that was worth every penny, and I enjoyed the grounds at Omega. I just don't understand why accommodation is so expensive there. My single dorm room was adequate, as was the shared bathroom, but barely. A lot of the structures...More

I was attending a workshop by Dr Brian Weiss at Omega. Omega Institute is a wonderful place, extremely suitable for the workshop I was attending. It is very spiritual and peaceful. It is located amongst nature and makes you feel rejuvenated.

This was my first time at omega and I was not disappointed. You can’t help but feel relaxed amongst nature as soon as you get there. I did a 5 day course so had plenty of time to enjoy the campus and extra classes on...More

This was my first visit to Omega. My purpose was to participate in a weekend fitness program, "Aging Backwards" with Miranda Edmond-White. This ~ $400 workshop was excellent, although overcrowded. The accommodations and food were a whole different matter. I paid ~ $300 a night...More

Our first time there Course was good. Food was fair. Some still went into town to eat even though the meal was included

I attended a five day workshop during my first visit to Omega Rhinebeck. The workshop led by Beth Spindler was rich in content. As others have mentioned, the accommodations are simple but adequate. Although I am not vegan, I thought the food was fresh and...More

I was an outlier here - signed up for an excellent painting workshop, but not overnighting on campus. Guests and staff could not have been friendlier or more relaxed and relaxing, but for an omnivore, the food was a challenge. Worse still was the incredibly...More

I am an omnivore and I felt extremely deprived here. They require you to pay up front to use their compound on top of the cost of your course fee. They are very friendly to the gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan life styles but not...More

Hi there I really enjoyed the workshop. Not sure if you are staying at Omega? If so, the accommodation is very basic and the food is the same, vegetarian everyday. There is coffee, water and juice, no deserts, with every... More

Great question. Unfortunately, I don’t have an answer to that one. I was one of the few that stayed off campus for my workshop. I don’t know if this is at all helpful, but as soon as I walked in the door, there were several... More
