I did a workshop over a 5 day period and had the pleasure of staying on site in one of their cabins. The accommodation on offer is very simple, no luxuries. Meals are well presented and they cater for vegetarians and vegans. The occasional chicken...More

I attended a 5-day workshop here and met some wonderful people. The energy of this place is wonderful. I really loved it. If I lived close by I would come here quite often. The only couple of reasons I don't give them 5 stars is...More

This is not our first time at Omega and we continue to enjoy our returns. The workshops are always good and the food is excellent. It always offer great mini escapes in the country with kindred souls, meeting new friends.

This beautiful campus nestled in the woods outside of Rhinebeck is a great place to retreat, refresh, eat great food and take a fabulous class or get a massage etc. Beautiful lake too

Appreciated a good massage at a fair price in a uniquely relaxing setting. The whole "center" was in the middle of seven days of silence which made for extra focus on the lovely gardens and setting.

I am soon to attend workshops for the third time at Omega. Dorm rooms have a h high shelf, with rod and a few wire hangers underneath. Bug, rain, and sun protection are highly recommended.

Dear MD, I do not work at Omega, just have taken classes. Normally, all of the room assignments are posted on the Omega website.
