It's rare you can walk only a few hundred yards to get this nearly 360 degree, breath taking view of the Catskill Mountains. Yes its a steep hill but it is all mowed grass (not a hiking trail). If you can get there at sunset...More

This is a great place to get a view. A quick walk to the top of Burger Hill reveals a fantastic view west toward the Hudson River and the Catskill Mountains. It is a nice place to take a dog, too!

This is a nice walk, up a hill. The pay off is that it offers great views of the river and surrounding country side. It is also very quiet and peaceful. In the winter, it's known as a great place to go sledding.

This is basically a hill overlooking the Rhinebeck area, and off into the distance, the Catskills. A great picnic spot. Not a hiking place. Go at sunset.
