Nothing says "Summer" like beer, and nothing says "Beer" like craft. Fortunately, New Yorkers who live not-quite-in-the-Adirondacks have some excellent craft breweries where full, flavorful craft beer can make summer a little better. One of those places is Fulton Chain Brewery in Old Forge. Great...More

I'm torn on this place. On one hand, several of the beers I tried were fantastic (Lake Hopper IPA to name one). On the other hand, they only had seven beers available to choose from. Additionally the service wasn't stellar: at least one of the...More

Not many craft breweries make a stout or porter and being a dark beer lover I found the Bear Road Coffee Stout to be excellent. Probably the best stout I have ever had. The bartenders were also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A great place...More

Nice casual atmosphere. Interesting brews. Most are fairly light. Summer brews on tap included a fruit infused blonde, raspberry wheat, cucumber lime saison. The lager was refreshing. Friendly bar staff. No food on premises but little cafe next door will deliver. Nice place to spend...More

Today we were making a trek home and needed a break along the way. We googled breweries while passing through Old Forge and found Fulton Chain Craft Brewery. Our goal was to enjoy one drink and head out on our way. We stopped in and...More

The coffee beer was to die for and the knowledge the bartender had about the beers and the brewery made the experience that much better. All the beers we tried were delicious. Can’t wait to come back and visit and try even more beers.

Stopped here after running the Old Forge half marathon in September. It was right down the road from the finish line, across from the water safari overflow parking, and right downtown. They had a great selection of fall beers, I had a flight to taste...More

Stopped in to try some of their craft brews. Both my wife and I ordered a flight. Reading the menu and descriptions of the beers we picked the ones we wanted. I have to say that their flavors were spot on. Hard to believe that...More

Let me start by saying our party of 4 make it a point to go to craft breweries wherever we find ourselves- we always love them! This is the first negative experience we have ever had at one. We sat at the bar, which was...More

You might get a quicker response if you message the brewery via Facebook- I don't know if TripAdvisor notifies them that there is a question waiting! If they are open, definitely go- you'll be glad you did!

Yes, you can sit outside with your dog. They have a front porch with chairs and some picnic tables on the side.
