I have taken to just buying merch and leaving as the service and food is over priced and sub par. For atmosphere I love it but otherwise I would eat somewhere else every time

I so appreciate Hard Rock Cafe because they always have high-quality gluten free buns for their sandwiches when requested. While some restaurants do have gluten free buns available, they unfortunately taste like cardboard. However, Hard Rock Cafe allows diners with dietary needs to have a wonderful eating experience! The restaurant's location is right across from the Niagara Falls Park entrance. We arrived about 5:00 and had about a 15 minute wait. Note: It is possible to call ahead and make a reservation. The restaurant did a good job of spacing the tables so no one felt cramped. The service was outstanding along with serving excellent food. Also, the music was at just the right level so you could carry on a conversation but still knew you were having a typical Hard Rock Cafe experience.…

We’ve been to other Hard Rocks. This one was disappointing. Mediocre service. Screwed up one out of three entrees and we’re out of cheesecake.... and it wasn’t busy at all. Avoid it

Hard Rock Cafes and restaurants that we visit are usually pretty good - but not this one! I have to agree with some of the other recent reviews - the service was poor, the staff was borderline rude, the restrooms were horrible. (One person actually told our female travel companions that they should avoid the ladies room all together.) Unsure what's going on there, but it was a truly lousy experience!…
