This is the second park I went to since living in and near New Rochelle and it's my favorite. You park up, there's a small sunbathing beach to the left and a path to the right. The path is so cool because it's two bridges...More

If you want to barbecue or use a grill for cooking prepare to pay $100 per use not to mention parking fees as well.

We (my friend and I) enjoyed this beautiful park. Near the water and great for long, quiet walks. The park is closed to kids playing, no cycling, etc. It was a wonderful experience just to walk and chat without any disturbance. Also safe, as there...More

This is a nice little park to visit for nice views of the bay and sound, and for early morning fishing. There is a playground for kids and a few grills for grilling. Also an outfitter rents out kayaks seasonally.

Hidden gem, wonderful safe place for kids of all ages to run around, bike, watch the seagulls crack open seashells, gaze at the islands of the Long Island Sound. We even had a birthday party here, rented the lodge & had a memorable scavenger hunt.

A nice path with bridges brings you out into Echo Bay. Great views as you are surrounded by the Sound.

There are actually five islands hence the name and are all connected via foot bridges. Easy to walk from island to island. Plenty of space to have a picnic or take a walk and take in the sights.

Beautiful place for walking, jogging, biking, sunbathing (no swimming), picnic, and photography! A parking permit is required and available only to New Rochelle residents. However, this rule appears to only be enforced from May through mid-September. Unless there is a private function, parking is free...More

We like to bird watch there as we wander out the peninsula and around the grounds. It is a good 30 min stroll. It can be a bit breezy so bring a sweater. Some lovely sunsets from the area. There is a playground for kids...More
