A reasonably priced family day out. The kids really enjoyed the games in the grounds. The rose gardens were beautiful. Our guide was excellent and made a real effort to translate everything into English for us. Shame the cafe wasn’t open.

It was a wonderful view, seeing the place for the first time as you go through the front gates, and even better when you are walking around the park/gardens and view it from different angles.

We got here just before closing time so had no time to explore the gardens, but the castle is very sweet - homely and cosy. Unfortunately you can only go in with a guide, and it was all in French! But we picked up the...More

Admittedly we arrived about 15 minutes before the lunch period closure but were still charged 6 euros to walk round the grounds as the castle was shut. The lady who sold us the ticket did say that they would leave the gate unlocked if we...More
