A collection of historical buildings with staff members in various buildings to give you the history. I think it is high priced for a walking tour. Many of the exhibits were closed and this is a self guided tour.More

Never went here before the chocolate expo! We enjoyed that then went around to each of the little houses on the property and we learned a bunch of stuff about the olden days! It is so cool! I would return.

A Serene place that brings you back to gentler time. Alot to see .No current electrical equipment just thing such as a butter churn. Quite an education for our children now. They saw what it was like to not have instant gratification

A staple of Orange County and the Mid-Hudson Museum Village takes you back to the 19th century. Historical buildings, craftsman, and reenactors provide a wonderful learning experience to see how life was before electricity.

Sure is! Nothing fancy, but they have a snack bar. Not far from the Village are the Monroe Diner, a Burger King, & Jake's Way Back Burgers!
